I had the opportunity to work with Fanuel for two years at a boarding school where I am Dean of Faculty and he was the Director of Technology. During this time, I saw him working for countless hours in order to develop the infrastructure of the internet network that provides both wired internet and wi-fi to around 500 people. I can say about Fanuel that he's not only and excellent manager of resources, but he's also good with understanding user needs. He always made sure whatever needed to get done happened. I recommend him with no reservations and I can attest that he would be a great addition to any team he joins.

I mate Fanuel Adugna some year’s back on an interview for a Senior IT Officer position which was a vacancy posted in the company I worked for. Even on that interview I have found him to be attentive and very correspondent to the interview questions that was asked at that time. After he got the vote from the recruitment team to offer him the job, I became his boss. At the time, we had some really pressing issues that was needed to be addressed on regards of IT Infrastructure setup and configuration to site colleges, in house full IT support, IT Policy development, and SOP preparation, Basic IT training and coordination with regional site; after joining, he became very active very quickly and did the assigned jobs by giving then priority. I have also find him to be honest and trust worthy, very open to learn new things and take advises on some administrative tasks and address them accordingly. His subject matter understating on the needed tasks by the organization was exactly right; I have appreciated his support on my affairs as well. I wish him better success in his journey in life.
