A project examining physical and mental work load among home care personnel, aiming to provide evidence upon which to design interventions enhancing the work environment and avoiding an early job exit. Methods include self-reported questionnaires and monthly surveys to collect cross-sectional and longitudinal data, in addition to insights about physical and mental workload through physical measurements and one-on-one interviews.
