Fan and I worked on the same team. Fan was an engineer and I was the scrum master. Fan is an innovative developer who solves customer problems. She is always thinking of the client/customer in her work and thinks of ways to improve their experience with the application she is working on. Fan is a great team player, always willing to help her team members. She is focused on delivering quality work and setting the right expectations for delivery. She is considered an expert in the technical areas she works and people rely on here for subject matter expertise. Fan is also willing to brave new technologies she is unfamiliar with and learns them quickly. It was a real pleasure working with Fan!

Fan's commitment to programming is something that shines through everything she does. She loves coding and that is evident in every line she writes. She is constantly seeking to increase her knowledge and challenges herself at every step. In that, she has been inspirational to all of us who studied with her at Momentum. The ability to learn well is a great talent and Fan has it in spades. She is equally good at teaching it to others also and I have often turned to her, when I hit a brick wall on my own code. Her suggestions have helped me increase my own knowledge and understanding of programming. Fan is extremely self-motivated and has come up with her own apps even when our coursework was very heavy. Her motivation, enthusiasm and genuine passion for code makes her a programmer par excellence.
