  The Asia Foundation has a project named PRODIP (Promoting Democratic Institutions and Practices) aided by USAID which helps to build capacity of the parliament, provide technical assistance to the MP's, parliamentary staff, parliamentary library. Under the supervision of PRODIP, the interns conduct legislative research and comparative analysis of laws, support the MP's in developing reports about certain issues, assist with writing speeches and work closely with the MP's, library and parliamentary staff to ensure that they make a valuable contribution to the parliament as they gain skills and work experience.
