I was trained by Fakaofo when I first started at Waldorf. It was an absolute pleasure to work with. Fakaofo have excellent multitasking and time management skills. He has extensive experience on OTAs, accounts and inbounds. He has also operated reservations numerous times in absence of reservations manager in one of the busiest hotel chains in Auckland.
