  Taman Baca Inovator provides access to quality reading books for underprivileged children in rural areas and provides innovative programs along with the community libraries to encourage and sustain reading interest. As a program and monitoring staff coorfinator I am responsible for leading the team to develop new children’s libraries at rural areas in Indonesia, coordinating and managing all aspects of the project’s implementation according to the established time schedule.
