Leading and managing a stream of 23 including 2 SAP ByDesign consultants delivering concurrently for 5 SAP clients with a combined turnover of over £100M as the face of the company.-Currently leading a project to design a standardized and automated process for Quote to Cash on SAP Bydesign to be used in 7 different locations worldwide based on a manufacturing line of over 80k unique products including PMs, BoM and BoOs with a team of 8 including Consultants, Master Data Administrators, CAD Designers, and Engineers.-Led a 7-day project to design and overhaul inventory management process including setting up logistical locations, warehouses and aisles for a client supporting the medical industry turning over £130M yearly, said issues had gone unresolved for a year causing £550k in unaccounted for inventory.-Leading a project to deliver a process that supports intercompany transaction automation and 3PL on SAP ByDesign.-Successfully delivered a 4-day project to populate and upload Mass Data Migration files for 140k objects for a manufacturing client to support Production Planning automation.-Designed and delivered a month-long step by step training to a new client’s staff on Inventory Management and Production Planning modules on SAP ByDesign. Fully responsible for month-end close including overseeing processes like P2P, recording and Q2C as well as preparing draft statutory accounts for a Transnational Group based in 4 locations over the world.-Set up a financial accounting process from scratch to enable IFRS compliant monthly Group accounts delivery 10 ten days post month-end involving stakeholders both internal and external to ensuring group wide policy governance and compliance.-Involvement in clients’ strategic meetings in a financial controller capacity to ensure continued support towards business expansion.-Led the Pakistan office through 5 months of rapid growth from a team of 12 to a team of over 30. -Three successful cycles of liaison with external auditors, including group audit support.-Collaborated in setting up Procurement management, technical sales, and CAD automation as new service offerings for clients.-Involved in automation of a client’s Procure-to-Pay process reducing the time required from 36 monthly hours to 15.-Revamping a client’s Quote-to-Cash process, which is expected to save 50% less time by eliminating manual data entry and repetitive processes.-Came up with a way to set up manual Consolidation structures within SAP to automate consolidated reports bringing the reporting time down to within 8 days of month end.-Set up a Strategic Management Report to support a client turning, turning over £150M, during a soft restructuring and an SAP Business ByDesign Implementation. -Led a team of 4 to set up and execute monthly financial close in compliance with IFRS, concluded within 4 days of each month end.-Set from the ground up yearly Group Cost Budget and a rolling three-month Cash Forecast, which laid the groundwork for to support a UK based client’s working capital management during COVID.-Reconciled intercompany movements spanning over 7 years comprising of movements in 5 different currencies which would later facilitate delivery of group accounts.-Automated monthly and quarterly reporting and set up custom reports in SAP to be broadcasted directly with minimal external input.-Developed credit control and risk management policies including setting payment terms for contracts over £0.5M and above.-Built from the ground up a new P2P process for a UK based client to enable efficient recording, leading to a 99% reduction in month-end adjustments.
