- Primarily responsible for leading the content development at VOICE. My role extended to strategizing & developing new programs on adolescent programming across rural Telangana. I also played a key role in the implementation of the new programs, where I led training for the program implementers on the ground and ensured quality control while piloting the program. - Spearheaded the development of ‘Boys4VOICE’, a sensitization program for adolescent boys aimed at providing education on menstrual & sexual reproductive health, gender-based violence, gender& sexuality & consent. Managed the implementation of the Boy4VOICE program across 16 government schools in rural Telangana. - Led the development of the Oorja program – which sought to capacitate and upskill underprivileged women. The modules focused on career building and providing critical knowledge on gender, menstrual, sexual & reproductive health. - Developed IEC materials and flipbooks on menstruation, gender-based violence, and rights in collaboration with the Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society. Trained frontline & Asha workers to conduct educational sessions using the flipbooks for Panchayats in villages across Mahbubnagar, Telangana. Show less
