  - Spearheaded the layout, graphic design, and editorial oversight of a thirty-page research report concerning the impact of intervention programs on the confidence and self-esteem of young women and girls in Canada, rectifying the paucity of Canada-centric literature on efforts to improve girls' self-esteem and creating a resource for stakeholders to understand better the needs of girls ages 7-17 in Canada- Oversaw day-to-day social media multimedia content creation and management for multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn- Supported the organization's outreach and engagement strategies, including conducting outreach phone calls and designing email blasts using MailChimp - Brought greater attention to the charity's work and its educational conference for young women and girls in the Greater Toronto Area by drafting a successful media press release published in the Toronto Star- Designed original promotional content on behalf of the organization Show less

  As part of a team of student volunteers, I aided in the research and development of a research report assessing the impacts of community programming on girls’ self-esteem and confidence in Canada.
