I am currently working part-time as a Zumba Fitness Instructor for Grand Canyon University. My focus is promoting fitness in an exilerating way that brings students joy even while they sweat. Fitness is an important part of human health, however, should be an activity that can be enjoyed and looked forward to. Zumba is a Latin-based dance cardio fitness class which incorporates dance styles of Salsa, Cumbia, Merengue, Reggaeton, and others. The pace of the class ranges from medium to intense moving through a variety of Latin and International pop songs which creates a party-like atmosphere for participants.
