Faith is a true leader, innovator and change agent. She inspires trust and builds a clear vision for employees and colleagues at all levels. Her ability to collaborate with outside business partners for the future while keeping an eye on the operational requirements of the day was exemplary. Faith was a pleasure to work for; she is a visionary, unbelievable strategist who was constantly thinking where the next project was to expand our capabilities. She leads by example and would not assign anything to anyone she would not do herself. Her ethics, integrity and customer focus are character qualities that everyone should aspire to. Through her management she was able to bring new capabilities to Aspen System/Lockheed Martin’s energy and environmental projects that created additional revenue streams and expanded the depth of the company’s capabilities. She always asked the hard questions digging through tons of statistics and data to come out with a clear picture of the issues at hand and to determine the correct strategy to move forward. She took the time to listen to everyone down the chain of command and made you feel that you were an essential part of her team and the company. Faith is a sharp business person and an articulate public speaker who knows how to bring her message across in a clear, engaging and at times humorous way. I also had the opportunity to work with her on business development opportunities and witnessed firsthand how she brought great depth to the discussion with the client concerning their needs and the application of various services, thereby increasing nominal contracts into multi-million dollar multi-year projects. In addition to her dynamic business style, she has engaging interpersonal skills and it was a pleasure to be her employee, friend and mentee.
