  In my current position, I regularly assist customers in locating selected items as well as make recommendations to better suit their needs. I often set up and maintain accurate and attractive displays with strategic placement. As well as regularly lead and train other associates when the store is understaffed and busy. I am also made available to provide relief to fellow associates during busy periods by being flexible and helping other departments in the store such as customer service, the registers, as well as softlines and hardlines. I am also cross-trained in Omni fulfillment which entails picking, packing, and processing online orders. I am also there to contact customers as well as the IT department to sort out issues that occur daily and solve them in a quick manner.
