      I joined Elm at its Internal SAP Support Organization to help it with managing transitions from previous IT to new SAP Systems. Bringing my earlier Technical Support, Solution Consulting, and Training experience, I provided Solution Adoption assistance to end-users, as a Change Management Lead.       Initially I was hired by Atos Origin Middle East to work as a SAP HR Training Consultant on a Train-the-Trainer assignment, at Nebras Project of Saudi Electricity Company, to assist its Change Management work. As part of the team, I - Developed training material, consisting of overview presentations, user guides, quick reference cards, and e-learning, and - Delivered training to bilingual trainers and supported them to deliver end-user training throughout the company, across KSA. During the second phase of the project, I also worked with the project team to design and implement Talent Management solutions. It was at the same time, when HP acquired AOME and thus my employment was changed too. I was also (briefly) engaged at KJO (Khafji Joint Operations) project too, to develop SAP HR Training content. After the completion of the project, in Aug 2008, I moved to another i.e., Saudi Airlines, and worked with its SAP HCM Consulting team until Oct 2009, designing, implementing, and supporting solutions for the company's HR Division. Working for the System Integrator at Multiple Projects allowed me to explore and learn a number of SAP HR/HCM Solutions, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Personnel Development, Learning Solution (LSO), and Training & Event Management, Personnel Cost Planning & Simulation. I worked at the Projects at Power Utilities, Petroleum and Aviation as an SAP Consultant to deliver Solution, Training and Support.

      Initially I joined Siemens, in Nov 2001, for an internship at its ITS Division, however, within 2 months, accepted a contract position to work at a Template/Rollout project, referred to as PIFRA (Project to Improve Financial Reporting and Auditing), started during that time period, which required some fresh graduates to assist vendor SAP Project Team in their day-to-day tasks. I was among the first few and therefore got a chance to work under direct supervision of SAP Consultants and HR SMEs, designing and implementing a Solution Template (and its versions), for Federal, Provincial, and District Level Accounting and Auditing entities of Pakistan. Later, I worked at various project sites, also as a Site Manager, during solution rollout. The scope of work included SAP R/3 (4.6c) HR Modules - Personnel Administration and Payroll (International), to support Salary and Pension disbursement. Though I had different experiences at the project, I developed particular interest in SAP Training, after assisting in site readiness activities.
