To plan, control & monitor the activities of Administration and to ensure the implementation of the organization’s policies, procedures & SOP’s. Ensure proper Administration services with respect to Time office, Security, House Keeping, Canteen, General Maintenance, Fumigation, Mail / fax receiving & dispatch facility, Plantation/ Gardening , Drinking Water & PTCL availability in the Company. Manages & monitor security aspects of Factory and responsible to report all matters pertaining / implementation of security to Manager CSO / PRO. Ensure all the electric security equipment (CCTV) remain functional at all times. Ensure plan & control effective House Keeping in the Factory premises by taking routine & surprise Factory rounds, reviewing execution against House Keeping check list and monitoring Janitor’s deployment. Ensure plan & control Employees Transport Facility with respect to transport routes, maximum vehicle capacity utilization & attending to any complaint or issue in this regard. Ensuring that maximum employees request for transport Facility are attended & fulfilled through pool vehicles. Monitor & supervise the Maintenance of company staff & Pool vehicles as per schedule. Ensure the provision of healthy & hygienic food at canteen and also ensuring the food service in canteen with respect to menu. Monitor & control General Factory Maintenance activities (Plumber, Carpenter, Painter, Masonry, Painter, Ac Technician, Fabricator etc.) by approving work order & following up on pending requests. To handle and supervise any accident / emergency within the Factory area, look after hospital issues and follow up on related investigation. To ensure the proper documentation of foreigners, their clearance & verification from FIA , special branch , KCCI , invitation letters etc . To ensure the travel,hotel & security arrangements of foreign guests and delegation. Plan, monitor & execute the projects related to Administration. Show less
