a) FUND OPERATIONS Responsibilities as “Fund Accounting and Operation Executive” includes: 1. Daily preparation of Net Asset Value. 2. Preparation of daily cash flow and bank reconciliation statement. 3. Recording of different entries in General Ledger. 4. Dealing with settlement and collection department. 5. Preparation of SECP weekly Net Asset Report. 6. Dealing with CDC – Trustee regarding fund transfer. 7. Dealing with internal and external auditor for audit purpose. 8. Preparation of daily mark-up for different funds. 9. Worked on UHA (Unit Holder Account Information)for miscellaneous reports. 10.Preparation of daily redemption advice and investment letters. 11.Dealing with Registrar.
