- Accountable for leading Project Management team along with 17 majors (run & support) vendors of 2 countries (UAE & Pakistan).- Launched ISO 20252 initiative in the MENAP Region and have been successfully achieving Certification since 2014. Currently all Kantar Millward Brown MENAP offices are ISO 20252 certified!- Assisted in development of MENAP regional SLA with service targets to bring in accountability in the system. - Ensured adherence to client & vendor SLA's (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) and statistical analysis reporting.- Led ‘kill PAPI’ initiative in the Region.- Despite unique set of challenges managed to reduce PAPI number significantly.- In 2013 the PAPI proportion was 34% which now reduced to around 12% and with large client tracks moving electronic this year it is likely to be under 5% in 2017.- Led/ Piloted Mobile Digital link & Device Agnostic projects across MENA Region- Job scheduling – the setup and management of the project schedule from commissioning to data delivery.
