Then when we arrived, he covered all the positive and negatives items about the houses. In addition, we were using a VA loan. Knowing we already had that approved, he pointed out things in houses that could affect the VA appraisal. He was proactive for us. We have recommended him to a number of people already and we will use him again in the future.
