The position also requires subversion of death dismemberment, disability insurance and workmen compensation. We launched a staff discount application (Mazaya) which aims to offer best rates across all industry products & services for our employees, this was achieved successfully through sheer determination and strong communication channel with many companies within and outside Oman. Another initiative within the same portfolio was to arrange periodic benefits exhibition where we not only offer discounted rates items in our offices but also encourage young SME’s to showcase their products for Omantel staff.
