  Work as Health, Safety and Environment Executive under UEM Graduate Trainee (GET) Program. I have been placed at Edgenta Mediserve Sdn. Bhd, Hospital Kulim and Hospital Baling, Kedah. - Ensure all workers follow the standard of procedure and safety instructions. - Identify and analyse Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC). Weekly conduct HSE Workplace Inspection (WPI) at the work site. - Review and update chemical registerfor every work unit. - Collect, analyze and maintain statistics on accident, needle prick, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning or diseases at the workplace. - Identify any safety issues that need to be highlighted and action to be taken. - Monthly update and submit Health, Safety and Environment report to HSE Manager. - Prepare Workplace Inspection (WPI) report and submit to Hospital Director every month. - Involve in Safety and Health committee meeting.
