Manage the Wellness Center which includes the Student Health Services - Counselling Center - Sports & Recreation. Created the Wellness program from scratch. Design and execute annual operating plan. Supervise the budget expenses to ensure achievements of budgeted goals. Recruit and train staff for the various sub-divisions of the Wellness Center. Hold Health talks for the University community. Started a successful student peer to peer wellness program. Initiated and now maintaining the Sports Program. Ensuring proper training for various sports are being conducted.
