      The Indus Hospital TB Program is the first program in Pakistan for treatment of both regular and MDR-TB. It is based on PIH and WHO guidelines and provides free care to all kinds of TB patients. Its main components include:1. Free monthly consultation and medical checkup2. Free monthly bacteriologies and other ancillary tests3. Twice Daily DOTS at home4. Free monthly Food Basket incentive for MDR-TB patients worth PKR 2500As the coordinator of this program, I was responsible for proper implementation of guidelines, monitoring and evaluation of various components, data analysis and system development for this program.
