Part of this work was doing research, writing analytic pieces, and publishing public facing products. o Supported the Election Security and Resilience (ESR) team’s efforts to protect election infrastructure. Part of this work was drafting, reviewing, editing, and coordinating leadership, legal, and public relations approval for internal and external documents. Most notably, spearheaded a 6-month project to provide CISA leadership with risk assessments ahead of each 2022 primary and general election. o Supported the Engagement, Assistance, and Training Team’s (EATT) coordination of partner engagements and speaking events for CISA leadership. Part of this work was organizing calendars, coordinating with event organizers, and submitting various approval forms. Additionally, in preparation for engagements, wrote talking points and briefing memos for CISA/DHS leadership including the CISA director and Secretary of Homeland Security. o Promoted from Associate to Senior Associate in 10 months with LGI due to excellent work and demonstration of leadership skills.
