  I have joined some former colleagues to identify how lodge cases in both federal and Dubai courts and following up on the time limit for the appeal and the cassation to be lodged. Also, I following up the court procedures at the various courts in the UAE (Dubai courts and federal courts) in various court degrees; notifications to be duly served; attachments to be fully effective. And tried attending hearings of various cases (civil, commercial, real estate, misdemeanour and felony, labour and sharia) at Dubai courts and federal courts. Know how to drafting statements of claims and its docket of documents, legal notices, legal opinions and settlement agreements. Also, aware of how to notarize the articles, amendments and all corporate documents requiring notarization for establishing LLC companies
