  Job Responsibilities: Developing and maintaining excellent technical knowledge on Carestream Dental Products such as Panorama, CBCT and Cephalo machines and Biolase Inc laser devices.  Performing assigned technical tasks including products checkups (shipments inspection), workflow optimization, new installations, preventive maintenance or service visits upon a firmly scheduled time plan.  Finalizing documentation and reporting of each technical task according to the SOP of reporting and documentation.  Carrying out technical orientation/training for new customers.  Informing and guiding customers to the proper way of communication with technical team and initial trouble shooting.  Following and handling customers assigned cases to the maximum customer satisfaction and systems functionality, communicating company's standards of technical performance to the customers and handling their expectations.  Providing proper technical feedback about current or possible problems/ opportunities to support management decision and augment smooth technical workflow.  Representing the company in conferences, group events, and different marketing activities that may need technical assistance.  Exchanging/Communicating necessary technical knowledge and experience with teammates from different departments "sales team, Inventory....etc"  Commitment to the standard operational protocols, maintenance, safety and customers satisfaction standards.  Communicating with Customers over the phone, email and remote access for technical support related issues.
