I have worked with Fadi for a relatively short time whilst at Dumoulin. I however did not need more time to understand he developed a good understanding of the product category under his responsibility. Furthermore, Fadi clearly went the extra mile by developing tools that would allow him to better monitor the business he was managing and optimise inventory and profitability. Out of our short collaboration together, I will mostly remember his thirst to learn and his will (stubbornness?) to achieve results above expectations.
