Working with Fadia in Startup Grind has been a wonderful experience. We were both responsible for managing partners and worked closely together to create a unified system for customer management and reporting, amongst other things. She was also responsible for some aspects of marketing and social media, so we would coordinate the best way to execute partner marketing strategies together. Her attention to detail and her organizational skills are exceptional. At the same time, she is a great communicator and relationship builder. She challenges for better outcomes and always supports the team to take on different challenges together.
