  The Jaramana Youth Center program started in 2009 with UNICEF targeting youth from 15 to 24 years old, providing them with vocational training in addition to life skills activities, adolescent health and community initiatives, and in 2020 the program began linking young trainees to the labor market.   “I Can” program started in May 2017 in partnership with the World Food Program (WFP), working in line with the overall goal of the World Food Program (WFP), which is to protect and restore livelihoods and security. The project target the Syrians affected by conflict by providing vocational training for careers that assist in the reconstruction phase (approximately 16 training) and provide job opportunities for them. The program connects the trainees with job opportunities after they have qualified for sessions to enter the labor market.and the Maine responsibilities as Project Coordinator:• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.• Communicate with partner organizations including the Syrian Red Crescent (SARC) LNGOs, and organizing, attending and participating in meetings.• Oversee project procurement management.• Documenting and following up on important actions, about employment and job opportunities provided for the trainees.• Ensure activities are implemented according to plans and budgets, donor requirements and that activities are executed in line with acceptable quality standards in ways that are responsive to communities’ needs.
