My company provides Learning Management System (LMS) for universities to be used in their blended learning/e-learning programs. My position was as an administrator for these online learning courses. Most recently, I was responsible for 49 classes and 32 lecturers (2 universities/partners), with lecturer satisfaction score 4.35 (scale 5). In January 2021, I was promoted to my latest position. After the promotion, I became a team lead with one junior team member under me. I provided training for and supervised said team member, along with the other duties stated below. My job duties were: • Preparing all administrative tasks related to class. I regularly updated the information/data on the classes, coordinated and confirmed live session schedules, and occasionally assigned students to classes, making sure that all data are accurate. • Building and maintaining relationship with lecturers (external partners) I contacted lecturers weekly, and even daily, to coordinate live session schedules; to provide assistance in using our system; and to remind them of deadlines. I worked with other Class Administrators to ensure that the schedules do not clash. • Assisting lecturers in using Zoom for live sessions. I helped troubleshooting video/audio/other issues and provided walk through instructions for solving these issues. • Performing quality control for learning activities in the courses. I reviewed the materials (video, audio, ppt) to ensure that they are correctly uploaded and that the content matches the subject, as well as revising minor typos. • Training students and lecturers to use our LMS. I provided training (both large scale and one-on-one) for students and lecturers on how to use our LMS, both in campus and online (by Zoom). Show less
