  As PC&IS Team Leader, I manage the electrical and software design of Packaging Machines, dealing with international Standards (CE, UL, CSA, CCC, ...) and collaborating and coordinating activities with colleagues from several countries (US, Brazil, China). Increasing my experience in dealing with internationals and multicultural customers, I am albe to focus the attention to the customer's need and lead the team to the get the goal.   I had worked as Software Designer, developing applications for different kind of machines (high speed converters, packaging lines), of the complete software package (PLC-HMI-Motion control). I managed the full process of design, testing and commissioning at the customer's plant, of the machine's software, and integration with customer's SCADA systems. Gained a big experience with different Automation systems (Rockwell, Siemens, Bosch-Rexroth, ABB), and international standards (PackML ISA88).
