    • Powertrain Chief
      • Apr 2023 - Present

Overseeing our cooling hardware, high voltage enclosure hardware, and drivetrain team with a total of approximately 50 members by delegating tasks and validating the manufacturing processes and designs for our electric vehicle’s powertrain

    • Cooling Hardware Lead Engineer
      • Jun 2022 - Apr 2023

Leadership of 20 students for the development of an original cooling system of our first electric vehicle involving calculating heat transfer of the radiator, pressure, and flow rate data in order to effectively cool the motor and power inverter

    • Frame (Chassis) Lead Engineer
      • Aug 2022 - Dec 2022

Leadership of 15 students on the chassis’s redesign and integration of other vehicle systems that include skills such as welding, 3D designing, and machining

    • Engine/Drivetrain Team Member
      • Jan 2022 - Jun 2022

3D printed components to maintain drivetrain in locked position in order to weld it to our vehicle’s chassis. Fabricated and installed 2 catch cans and tubing for the cooling system

Collected and analyzed Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) speeds over a three-month period to code dozens of graphs using pandas, visualizing the power usage of chilled water pumps at various times of day, initiating a pump sizing project to downsize all Central Plant chilled water pumps based on data indicating they were oversized. Utilized HVAC physics and thermodynamics principles to conduct a comprehensive survey of the entire chilled water loop, measuring all turns and straight lengths to apply necessary equations for pump sizing, resulting in a more energy-efficient solution and significant long-term cost savings. Developed a water database across 18 buildings in Rockefeller Center, analyzing water/wastewater, cooling tower downstream, and steam volume and charges from the past 4 years, identifying billing irregularities. Conducted a financial analysis comparing real-time electricity prices with contract rates, utilizing a year's worth of data to code graphs highlighting irregularities and performing a comprehensive financial analysis of each individual month as well as the entire year. 3D designed and built a powder dispensing tool for the prototype of a printer that is able to 3D print food via lasers. Machined components using the mill, lathe, and laser cutter for a secondary printer that was used for testing. Crimped and assembled wiring for secondary printer in order to run tests on the printing an edible cookie. 3D designed and built a powder dispensing tool for the prototype of a printer that is able to 3D print food via lasers.
