  Right after deeply studying the whole system, I decided to simplify a lot of the complex architecture. I managed the team to port the product to a more robust and simpler application. The website and App were merged into one PWA with Capacitor for native calls. Backend, built from scratch the whole architecture using CQRS pattern and giving focus on caching the query operations. We always try to follow some of the DDD principles that we think are suitable for a robust but not very complex architecture. Points of interest: - Translated Entities and operations to something with an understandable meaning for the whole company. - Rethought the purpose of all the micro services. Mixing or deleting some of them. - Rewrite from scratch the whole architecture following the CQRS pattern. - Increased the speed of the operations simplifying the complex logic and removing unnecessary operations. Read operations are now cached and synchronized. - Maintenance of Frontend is simpler. We only develop one project. (Capacitor, React, Material-ui) - Taught a deeper way of thinking to every developer for coding making less future mistakes. Show less
