  Outcage era un'associazione di Promozione Sociale nella quale rivestivo il ruolo di Human Resource Manager e di capo meta. Ero dunque il responsabile del recruitment e della formazione di tutto lo staff (sia da Milano che da Firenze) che era composto da circa 50 elementi.Outcage era un'associazione che si occupava dell' organizzazione di viaggi ed eventi.Mi occupavo inoltre della creazione e della vendita dei pacchetti vacanza.
