She is a very strong project manager, able to motivate a team, give everybody a sense of responsibility, to deliver under very strict deadlines. I have seen her work in complex environments and escalated issues, navigate large organizations and get executive buy-in. Last but not least, Fabienne is probably one of the people with the strongest interpersonal skills I have ever seen. Her work style is collaborative and consultative, with the ability to be assertive when needed. I would recommend Fabienne for Customer Success or Account Manager roles.
