      - Managed the purchase, storage, inbound and outbound logistic, planning and demand forecast, invoicing, contract management processes, as well the distribution centers. - Implemented the BI (business intelligence) software - Tableau - not only as a user, but as a tool developer inside the Supply Chain area, as well gave support and helped other departments aligned with IT (Information technology) department. - Launched stock coverage's policies and follow up processes throughout the ABC curve concepts. - Implemented and monitored VMI routines, in partnership with our biggest supplier. - Developed parameters and implemented all the supply chain's key performance indicators, such as: TOCT (total order cycle time) and OTIF (on time in full), reaching the goals established for each one - reducing 40% of TOCT and performing 94% of OTIF. - Reviewed and gave standardization for all enterprise's processes, regarding the ISO standard, according the ISO 9001/2015 version. - Reduced the material managed in stock from 5,5% to 0,5% in the period of 4 years, as well as helped to enhance the inventory turns in about 150%. - Implemented BID's processes for inbound transportation, resulting cumulative declines of 30% for the freight cost. - Reduced the total cost of acquisition for direct purchases without price list, representing savings among 5% and 30% inside this context. - Developed policies and processes aligned to the 'strategic sourcing' concepts for certain products and services segments acquired by the company. - Developed, with the IT department, the automatization process for supplier's selection and qualification. - Reduced costs and expenses by the change of our distribution centers addresses. - Created and reviewed, with all others leaders, the strategic plan and its impacts for the years 2018-2022. - Promoted the job rotation for all supervisors positions, with the intention of multiplying acknowledge and generate back up processes.
