I worked with Fabian at Woods Bagot Shanghai for more than three years. He was the design leader of the studio and mainly responsible for delivering design excellence for the projects. He is a good motivator for his team, plans work activities and allocates resources effectively to achieve the project goals. He has acquired a depth and breadth of professional experience through engaging in a broad range of projects particularly in the challenging environment of China. He has been respected by the major clients for his outstanding design skills. He is also a strong team player in the studio and showed strong leadership. I highly recommend him as a passionate design leader in any competitive environment.

Fabian worked with me for several years in the Middle East and even after transferring to Asia within the same firm we kept in contact through mutual projects. Fabian is a very talented designer and extremely well organised. An absolute pleasure to work with with a no fuss attitude

Fabian decided to take some time away from the corporate world to pursue private projects and personal goals after 8 years in the booming markets of China and the Middle East. A creative break with opportunities for collaborations around the globe.
