So far I have been provided with training and support from Senior Finance Officer on advance use of Xero’s online accounting software. Objectives: - To provide the charity with the necessary financial information to enable it to monitor and manage financial transactions. - Work on entering transactions onto the systems, work with the Finance staff to steer the charity on all financial matters. - Report to Senior Finance Officer and Finance Director. - Responsible for the nominal, payables, sales. Main tasks required within role: • Collect budget data from the staff at the start of the annual cycle • Xero: Input transactions from supplier invoice, staff and volunteer expenses, extracted transactions from the bank statements. • Xero: Generate and send sale invoices • Xero - Banking • Filing and administration tasks.
