Bio
Amy Laine
Fabiana is talent personified. She is an established photographer and artist in her own right, and a truly talented creative department leader. She's a mentor to her team, and an executive that understands people, process, and organizational strategy and priorities. She artfully juggles client work for the likes of Disney, Bombay Sapphire and many more, focusing her energy and that of her design team on creating programs and assets that solve the need to engage audiences across platforms. Her partnership as we evolve the value proposition and brand look and feel for our company has been invaluable. She builds departments, brings people together in service of a collective vision, and is an absolute pleasure to work with.

You don't get many opportunities to work alongside someone who is just about to slingshot themselves into the next stratosphere of their career but I had the chance! Fabi is one of the most intuitive, quietly creative and deeply introspective colleagues I have ever worked with. During her time with Talenthouse, she was bounced from project to project before quickly rising to the occasion to take on a role that did not exist before her. She attacked it with the same desire to learn and need to get it right as she does with her art. She led a team of designers who were all juggling insane timelines and shifting priorities and Fabiana was able to step in and create the structure that the department needed to focus on the work. It's a difficult to find someone who can balance the need for creative freedom and the obligation of being organized and disciplined but Fabs can. She's a leader and a force of innovation; never settling for 'good enough'. She's warm, kind and if I can be honest here, it annoys me that she doesn't devote more time to her photography. Her work is raw and emotional and has the ability to instantly transport you to a place in our collective subconscious.

I had to pleasure to work as Fabiana's lead at EyeEm where she impressed with a perfect combination of an outstanding creative mind and a strong, hands-on project manager. Fabiana was the leading force behind the EyeEm Awards, juggling with the challenges of organising a global event in uncertain times with little resources. Fabiana really is a fantastic person to work with, an incredible team player who I can only recommend for any creative direction role.
