As a Young Creative for Pilot Theatre, I got the chance to organise pre and post-show events surrounding the themes explored in Pilot Theatre's production of Noughts and Crosses. This voluntary opportunity allowed me to shoot and produce a film about the BAME community in Colchester, as well designing an exhibition to be exposed in the Digby Gallery at the Mercury Theatre, Colchester.
