Fabian is undoubtably one of the best animators I’ve worked with in my career - highly skilled, with a keen sense for storytelling, the team heavily relied on his animation expertise especially in the early stages of our project. He has a great eye for character animation - especially on little nuances that help bring them to life. As a narrative designer, I worked closely with him and I was constantly inspired by his passion for the work and also his creativity and drive. Apart from the obvious animation skills, Fabian is displays a profound maturity in the way he approaches work and processes - he constantly advocates, and demonstrates, excellent communication and information sharing - to prevent miscommunication and information loss within the team, especially cross-disciplines. He was definitely a pivotal part of our team, and although I was extremely sad to see him go - I was excited for him, because I know that wherever he goes he is more than able to excel and bring growth and creativity to the teams he’ll join!
