Fabiana is one of those rare people who also naturally serves as an inspiring mentor for the people around her. With a background in journalism and ten years’ worth of experience as an educator, Fabiana exhibits strong interpersonal skills and a unique capacity for empathy. These qualities most notably translate in his ability to motivate a team to care about its project and be invested in the project’s success. Fabiana is the go-to person for conflict resolution and problem solving. She will get involved in any activity to help the less advantage ones and she will give her heart and soul to it. Though she’s never one to draw attention to himself, Fabiana's positive attitude and the respect others feel toward him are palpable.

I'm pleased to recommend Fabiana as a dynamic and creative editor to our monthly expat magazine. Fabiana demonstrated enthusiasm in her writing and was very pleasant to work with.

Pastoral Care for Children is a very successful Brazilian initiative of the Catholic Church. Philippines, the only Catholic Country in South East Asia, When I got involved with this project,my main task was to organize a group of young volunteers and the communication of the Pastoral to raise funds and expand their network. I have announced, recruited and trained volunteers for different activities related to gender, youth and children rights and public health;Co-organized by disseminating information of big social events for fundraising; I have produced many of their communication materials, including their facebook creation, content to their website, and other key communication materials such as their e-bulletin;A highlight of that work was the development of a brochure for non-formal education campaigns among woman and young people. We did it in a joint initiative with the WHO Staff Association of WPRO – the Regional Office of WHO for East Asia and the Pacific that was one of the main sources of income of the Pastoral In 2010; I also helped in the expansion of their network connecting them with Universities, other Brazilian Groups (such as Capoeira and Scholl of Samba); Dance Companies and Student Organizations among others; My main contribution was the establishment of the network of their work with Groups of Protestants and Muslins Woman, working in diversity of religion which is now the basis of my PhD thesis; Their connection with a group of young transgender volunteers was another interesting asset that helped many of their events to count with dancers and singers from the trans community, very exceptional in religious events and therefore very interesting. Some of them are still nowadays loyal volunteers. Show less
