  Since July 2022, I've been working as an Intern of the Yakima School District. Through this experience, I've worked closely with fellow students, the Superintendent, the Board of Directors, and many other district leaders. I've improved a variety of professional skills such as teamwork, punctuality, email proficiency, and presenting to important groups.   I spent one week (Apr. 16-21) paging for the WA State House of Representatives. I served on the House floor during session, carried out tasks and deliveries, and gained insight into what it's like to serve in government. I had valuable conversations with Representatives, officials, college interns, and other pages. I had the honor of flag duty, was introduced into the Republican caucus, and met the Speaker of the House. I spent one week (Apr. 16-21) paging for the WA State House of Representatives.
