I had the opportunity to work directly with Ezra while he was in role as a general manager of two different Future Shop locations here in Ontario. I can say without exaggeration that his enthusiasm towards the role, his ability to influence those around him and his willingness to win was matched by very few. Ezra has a strong business acumen, excellent personal sales skills and a very solid understanding of profit and loss. He is an inspiratioanl leader and demonstrates a style that encourages high performance from direct reports. Given the opportunity, I am certain that Ezra would once again take any operation he was given to a level of high perfromance from the perspectives of both associate engagement and overall profitability.
