Ezequiel is an inspiring mentor and has the ability to listen to what others say and understand their thoughts and motivate them for achieving their goals. Personally, he is a really generous person, friendly, sensitive and well-focus. I got the pleasure to attend one of their Leadership Mentoring Program that he organized under the OWL (Oracle Women Leadership) umbrella and I really enjoyed. I really recommend him as coach, mentor or executive facilitator. He will always help you achieving your personal and professional goals through a method that really works!. I really thank to get the chance to meet him, to enroll him in the OWL Mentoring Program where he is an active volunteer since three years ago, and to know he always is there if necessary.
