As Fund Operations Manager, my role is centered around working with partners, investors, and portfolio companies with a focus on financings, modeling, and overall operations of the Firm and Funds. Financing, Administration, & Investor Relations - Oversee Fund operations, procedures, metrics - Handle ongoing investor inquiries and requests - Oversee and improve fundraising processes - Responsible for cash planning and modeling for the Fund - Oversee and work directly with 3rd Party Fund Administrators for accounts payable, Fund financials, entity management, capital calls, tax filings, K-1s and other investor relations activities - Manage relationships with all 3rd party service providers including fund administration, tax accountants, legal counsel, insurance providers, etc. Investing - Manage and track due diligence of startups in the investment pipeline - Manage the SPV investment process including entity creation, financing docs, investor memos and closing - Responsible for portfolio analysis including: pro forma financials, cap table modeling, Fund ownership analysis, and Pitchbook valuation summaries - Management of investing process, including financing documents, side letters, and wires Reporting - Prepare PowerPoint decks and agenda for the Investor Advisory Committee - Track quarterly KPIs and financials for portfolio companies - Update Fund documents and spreadsheets following each portfolio company financing and investment - Responsible for quarterly and annual reporting to investors for the Funds Show less
