  Procurement functions (Key responsibilities) +I procure the most cost-effective products in the right quantities through price negotiation. +I carry out cost-benefit analysis and cost-utility analysis for my company. +I helped to develop the standard of quality for my company. +I helped in selecting reliable and capable suppliers of high-quality products. +I initiated an active quality assurance programme involving visitation, surveillance, sampling and testing of suppliers’ products. +Issuance of LPO to suppliers in line with agreed procedure. Logistics functions (Key responsibilities) +I coordinate inbound logistics of the company by inspecting materials and all the documents that come with it. +I facilitate the activities that accompanies the receipt of these materials like preparation of racks, shelves, ground floor and other necessary spaces before the arrival of the materials. +I monitor outbound logistics by coordinating the drivers and riders, guide them on load planning, route planning, actual loading, recording of all details pertaining the materials loaded, vehicle tracking and monitoring of driver’s/rider’s behaviors. +I also process inter-departmental (Internal) movement of products within the organisation. Inventory Management functions (Key responsibilities) +I strive to maintain optimum inventory to be able to meet the organisation’s requirements and avoid over or under inventory that can impact our financial figures. +Daily and periodic monitoring, controlling and reviewing of inventory and interface with Outlet and finance departments to confirm if we have not exceed the agreed reorder level and to determine the restocking process in line with agreed standard procedures.
