  Data Analyst • Designed a Marketing dashboard to display Weekly Communication engagement data across multiple channels by cleaning, analysing, and combining data collected from a range of tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp and social media platforms. Collaborated with the Director of Marketing on developing key metrics and rolling out the dashboard to senior management. • Researched and self-taught third-party tool, Mixpanel, to provide the Product team with essential analytics on user behaviour. Designed a blueprint to identify which metrics to extract and aggregate related to key product interactions. • Teamed up with the Director of Education to generate a comprehensive ‘Learning Dashboard’ to provide client-facing teams with insights into students’ learning patterns on the Maths-Whizz Tutor. Created a Jupyter notebook, with Python scripts that read lists of multiple csv exports, aggregate data into their required form and generate an Excel output file. Imported these files to Tableau to blend data with rich visual dashboards and motion charts to illustrate how learning patterns evolved over a given period. IT Support Technician/Coordinator • Investigated, diagnosed and problem-solved unique issues/cases and prioritising appropriately to provide solutions to employees in a highly responsive manner. Additionally, explored new technologies to maximise the business’s daily operations. Trained staff on new software as the Administrator to ensure they gain a working knowledge to run fundamental functions.
