  Established SSBsherpa around 2014. After my brief stint at IMA, Dehradun(2010 - 11), I guided a few candidates to prepare for SSB. To my surprise all of the candidates I guided, in the early days got recommended. Therefore I decided to institutionalize my guidance technique to help SSB Aspirants & thus SSBsherpa was born out of it in 2014 (alongside my job in an IT MNC) To accurize my guidance techniques, I earlier had Maj. Vivek(AEC) & a Psychometrician friend of mine(who is wife of a serving Indian Army Officer) to support me in my cause from the past 5 years. My guidance technique is Realistic, Straightforward & focussed on Psychology of a Candidate. It does not involve superficializing or brain-washing candidates. But it involves instilling a level of Professional Confidence in candidates. I firmly believe that every person on this planet is born with OLQs. Majority of the candidates recommended & non-recommended till now had received guidance for free. However this free guidance, attracted many insincere candidates which sought guidance unnecessarily while sincere candidates didn't value it. This deteriorated our success rate.
