PIBIC fellows must have a mentor and receive further training to prepare them for the research activity.The Survey project that engaged me aims to develop and experiment a design method based on digital techniques and tools, based on Building Information Modeling (BIM), for the evaluation of the energy efficiency from the building of the Department of Physics at the Center for Nature Sciences at UFPE, considering the impacts of the different reforms and expansions that occurred over the years. Therefore, the aim is to assess, with the help of BIM, the extent to which the different reforms and extensions have or not improved the energy efficiency of this building. Show less

  Second BIM Cell implemented in Brazil by the Laboratory of Advanced Studies in Architecture and the Graduate Program in Urban Development at UFPE, with investment from the Ministry of Economy of Brazil. The cell's objective is to create pedagogical tools for the dissemination of BIM in the academic environment. The initiative promotes multidisciplinary research involving several UFPE laboratories and partners from the local civil construction industry, such as the Pernambuco Civil Construction Union, with actions that have great potential for innovation. The Ministry of Economy's Collaboration Agreement is managed by the Santa Catarina Innovation Network (Recepeti), with the general coordination of the BIM cells carried out by Doctor Regina Ruschel, from Unicamp.   Worked at the Property and Real Estate Registry Coordination where he got experience at the registry of projects from different project disciplines of a building as hydraulic, eletrical and architectural. Here, he had acess to the projects of all properties belonging to the Federal University of Pernambuco. Initially, I worked with 2D CAD surveys, however, I was one of the first to propose and experiment 3D surveys with BIM softwares.
