  Limitless camps are about providing world-class leadership & personal development programs that empower young people to find their greatness. My role focuses on ensuring the 10 young people in my tribe have the most incredible camp of their lives whilst ensuring they feel safe, supported, respected and appreciated. This is the toughest, most emotionally investing, yet rewarding job I've ever had. During camp I help my tribe members with clarity and life direction, unleashing their own greatness, creating a clear map to achieve their vision, goal setting, managing their state of mind and the power of believing in themselves. They are challenged to be the most brave they have ever been, to open up to new friends, to break down walls, to have deep and meaningful conversations about big things, to rewrite their futures, to test their limits, to give hope, to act, think and feel in positive ways and be the best that they can be.
