I work for a leading Polish telecom operator network - Polkomtel S.A. I am responsible for daily maintenance of mobile network Plus. My main responsibilities are to take care of Core Network, both Packet and CS domain (configuration, troubleshooting, case handling) and basic troubleshooting of BSS/UTRAN. For the last two years I have been a member of the Packet Core team which is mainly responsible for such devices as GGSN’s, FW’s, BG’s, SGSN’s, LIG’s, DNS’s, CG’s, DPI’s, routers and switches. I perform acceptance testing of new network elements and upgrades of devices already implemented in our network.
